All goods will first arrive at Singapore and then be delivered to destination country. You can track your goods from website of Singapore post air mail in this first phase. After your goods was delivered to your own country, you can track your goods from the post office of your own country with the same tracking number.

For example, if we deliver one goods to a customer who lives in Denmark, he can track his goods from Singapore post office before the goods arrives Singapore. If his goods has arrived in Denmark, he can track the goods from the website of Denmark’s post office.

1. 12 months Manufacturer`s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
